Announcement on Supporting the Merge of Fetch.ai (FET), Ocean Protocol (OCEAN), and SingularityNET (AGIX) Tokens

Dear Users,

Websea will support the merge of Ocean Protocol (OCEAN) and SingularityNET (AGIX) into Fetch.ai (FET). Additionally, Fetch.ai (FET) will undergo a rebranding as the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (FET).

Deposits and Withdrawals

At 2024-06-28 11:00 (GMT+8), deposits and withdrawals for OCEAN, and AGIX will be suspended. Please ensure sufficient time for your deposits to be fully processed.

A separate announcement will be made after the merge is completed.

After the merge OCEAN and AGIX deposits and withdrawals will no longer be supported.

Websea will handle all technical requirements for users holding these tokens.

Users can refer to the announcements from the project team for more information.

Merge Details

OCEAN and AGIX tokens will assume the ticker of FET at Websea.

OCEAN and AGIX will be swapped to FET at the following ratios:

1 OCEAN = 0.433226 FET

1 AGIX = 0.433350 FET

Spot 

At 2024-06-28 11:00 (GMT+8), Websea will delist and cease trading on all OCEAN and AGIX spot trading pairs.

The trading pairs to be removed are: OCEAN/USDT, AGIX/USDT.

All trade orders will be automatically removed after trading ceases.

Trading Bots services for these pairs will terminate at the same time. Users are advised to update or cancel their Trading Bots to avoid potential losses.

Futures

Websea Futures will close all positions and conduct an automatic settlement on OCEANUSDT and AGIXUSDT USDT-margined perpetual contracts at 2024-06-25 11:00 (GMT+8), after which these contracts will be delisted.

To protect user interests and reduce potential risks under extreme market conditions, Websea contracts may take additional protective measures for OCEANUSDT and AGIXUSDT USDT-margined perpetual contracts without further notice. Potential protective measures include but are not limited to adjusting the maximum leverage value, position value, and maintenance margin in each margin tier, updating funding rates, such as the interest rate, premium and capped funding rate, changing the constituents of the price index, and using the Last Price Protected mechanism to update the Mark Price. A separate announcement will be made for relisting.

​​From 2024-06-25 11:00 (GMT+8), the Websea Funding Rate Arbitrage Bot will close all arbitrage strategies and conduct automatic settlement on OCEANUSDT, and AGIXUSDT trading pairs.
