WEBSEA Live Streaming Service Agreement

1. Service Description

1.1 WEBSEA (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provides users with live streaming technology services, including but not limited to content broadcasting, viewing, and interactive features.
1.2 Users must submit an application to access the platform’s live streaming services. By submitting the application, the user is deemed to have agreed to all terms of this agreement.

2. User Conduct Guidelines

2.1 Broadcaster Obligations

Live streaming content must not include or promote:
✓ Violence, pornography, gambling, or superstition;
✓ Infringement on others' rights, including reputation, privacy, or portrait rights;
✓ Unauthorized copyrighted content, such as music or video clips;
✓ Any other content violating public order, morality, or platform regulations.

Broadcasters are responsible for ensuring the legality of their content, as well as maintaining their own live streaming equipment and network environment.

2.2 Viewer Obligations

Viewers must not:

• Use comments, private messages, or bullet screens to post illegal or harassing content.
• Disrupt live streams using technical means (e.g., spamming or conducting DDoS attacks).

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Content Ownership:
All live streaming content (including audio, video, text, and images) belongs to the broadcaster or its rightful owner.
Broadcasters grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, free, and sublicensable right to use their content for promotions, distribution, and derivative services.

3.2 Unauthorized Recording & Distribution:
Users must not record or redistribute other users' live streams without authorization. The platform reserves the right to take technical or legal actions against copyright violations.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

4.1 The platform collects and uses user data, including but not limited to:

• Registration information (name, ID number, contact details);
• Live streaming activity data (viewing history, streaming records, interaction logs);
• Device information (IP address, device model, operating system).

4.2 The platform will not share sensitive user information with third parties without explicit user consent, except as required by law.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 The Platform shall not be held liable for the following situations:

• Live streaming interruptions or data loss caused by network failures, hacking attacks, or force majeure;
• Third-party claims arising from broadcaster or viewer conduct (e.g., content infringement, contractual disputes);
• Content or services accessed through third-party links on the platform.

5.2 The Platform reserves the right to remove violating content, suspend, or terminate accounts in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, without prior notice.

6. Agreement Modifications & Termination

6.1 The Platform may revise this agreement at its discretion. Any modifications will be announced via public notice or in-platform messaging. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6.2 Users may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, the Platform will either erase or anonymize personal data, except where retention is required by law.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 This agreement shall be governed by local laws. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent local court for resolution.
