1. Rebate System

Your rebate tier is determined by the combined assessment of your personal futures trading volume, the trading volume of your direct and indirect invitees over the past 30 days, and any WBS holding bonuses.

Higher tiers mean higher rates—up to 45% rebate rate (excluding WBS holding bonus).

General Rules for Futures Assessment

All Websea users are eligible, except:

• Users who do not have futures trading enabled (applies only to futures-related assessments).
• Users located in restricted jurisdictions where futures trading or the referral program is not available.
• Users in violation of Websea’s promotion or Surging Waves Program rules, engaging in irregular or suspicious account activity, or abusing the event.
   

General Rules for Assessment and Level Evaluation

• Assessment Period: The system automatically calculates and updates data daily at 16:00 (UTC). Only the valid trading volume of your team over the past 30 days (including your personal trading volume) is counted. Data beyond this period will not be included.
• Level Upgrades and Downgrades: Users who meet the upgrade criteria will have their level adjusted automatically at 16:00 (UTC) on the same day. If users no longer satisfy the criteria, the system will immediately downgrade their level following the daily evaluation.
• WBS Holdings Bonus: The system captures a snapshot of WBS holdings daily at 16:00 (UTC). This snapshot determines the bonus rate for that day, which becomes effective immediately after the snapshot.
• Data Access: Users can monitor their rebate levels and assessment metrics in real time through the “Referral Rewards” section on the Web or App homepage.

• Websea reserves at any time in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, terminate, or otherwise amend this program and its associated rules for purposes of platform operations, risk management, or regulatory compliance. All updates or changes published by the platform shall be deemed final and binding, and by participating in the program, users are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to such updates and amendments.
• In the event of discrepancies between multiple language versions of this announcement, the English version shall prevail.
