Dear Webseans,
To enhance the Futures Insurance experience and respond to community feedback on node airdrop fairness and insurance pool sustainability of the insurance pool, we recently solicited input from all users. Based on your valuable suggestions and with full protection of existing users’ rights, we have optimized and upgraded the Futures Insurance mechanism. The key updates are as follows:
1. Insurance Activation Alerts
When your insurance balance is insufficient or the insurance switch is turned off, the system will automatically display a pop-up reminder. This reduces missed coverage due to operational oversight and ensures a smoother Futures Insurance experience.
2. Tiered Insurance Rates
Insurance premiums are now dynamically adjusted according to your cumulative node count. Both profitable and loss-making orders are charged based on your current rate tier:
- Profitable orders: Premium = Order PnL * User’s current insurance rate
- Loss orders (every 100 USDT of accumulated loss generates 1 insurance node): Premium = 100 USDT * Node counts * User’s current insurance rate.
Rate tiers range from 10% to 30%. Actual rates are displayed in the product interface.
3. Insurance Rate Incentive Mechanism
A new referral-based rate reduction has been introduced: For each referee who successfully completes a boost, your insurance fee rate will be reduced by 1%, up to 5%, but the rate cannot be lower than 10%. Referees who participate in a boost (complete registration via your referral code) will receive 1 reward node.
Conditions for a successful boost:
- The referee registers via your referral link; and
- The referee accumulates at least 10 USDT in insurance premiums within 7 days of registration.
Note: * If the referee does not meet these conditions within 7 days, the referer’s rate will not decrease.
4. Enhanced Automated Risk Control
Our risk-control engine has been upgraded to more accurately detect and prevent abusive behaviors, such as artificial node farming, ensuring all users’ payout rights remain protected.
5. Optimized Insurance Node Cycle Rules
The insurance node cycle has been updated for greater usability:
- Freeze period: Reduced from 15 days to 10 days
- Expiration period: Reduced from 30 days to 20 days
If no new insurance nodes are generated within 10 consecutive days after node generation, the node enters a “Frozen” state. If no additional nodes are created within 20 days, the node will automatically expire and cannot be recovered.
