Dear Webseans,
To foster healthier node generation and strengthen the long-term stability of Futures Insurance, we have recently optimized the node status cycle. To ensure transparency and protect user interests, the updates are detailed as follows:
1. Node Status Cycle Updates
- Freeze period: Reduced from 15 days to 10 days
- Expiration period: Reduced from 30 days to 20 days
After the user completes the queue, if the required full premium is not generated for 10 consecutive days, the insurance node will enter a “Frozen” status. If the required premium is still not accumulated within 20 consecutive days, the insurance node will automatically become invalid and cannot be restored.
2. User Impact Explanation
Following the implementation of the new rules, the platform received feedback from some users whose nodes were close to the previous cycle thresholds, resulting in nodes being immediately classified as “Frozen” or “Expired” after the system switch. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
3. Transition Measures
To ensure a smooth transition and protect user experience, the following measures will apply:
- Since the Notice is published, users are granted a 7-day buffer period to transition to the new cycle.
- The platform will restore the node status of all affected users by 16:00 on December 11, 2025 (UTC).
- Node Status Restoration During Buffer Period: Any node that was directly marked as “Frozen” or “Expired” due to the rule change will be restored to “Active” or “Frozen” status before 16:00 on December 11, 2025 (UTC).
- Post-Buffer Enforcement:
- Nodes not frozen: After the buffer period, the new 10-day freeze rule will apply.
- Nodes not expired: After the buffer period, the new 20-day expiration rule will apply.
- Full Implementation Date: After the buffer period ends, the new cycle rules will be fully enforced starting at 02:00 on December 15, 2025 (UTC).
Throughout this transition, we will continue to monitor user feedback and optimize the insurance mechanism, ensuring a balance between healthy node operations and user interests. Thanks for your understanding and support. Our dedicated 24/7 customer support is always on standby if you have any questions or need assistance.
