Copy Trading Upgrade | System Upgrade Announcement – English

Websea will perform a system upgrade starting at 02:00 (UTC) on May 2, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 8 hours. This upgrade will introduce comprehensive enhancements to the Copy Trading product, along with improvements to Rewards Center accessibility and overall user experience. Details are as follows:

I. Comprehensive Copy Trading Upgrade

Copy Trading Square Upgrade

Follow Feature Introduced: Added a Follow feature for Lead Traders, allowing users to quickly access and manage preferred traders.
Demo Copy Trading Introduced: Users can now experience Demo Copy Trading before participating in live Copy Trading, enabling better evaluation of Lead Trader strategies.
Explore Feature Introduced: Added a new Explore section to help users discover high-quality Lead Traders more efficiently.
Benefits Display Upgrade: Added displays for remaining Standard Subscription quota and Privilege Subscription quota, providing clearer visibility of subscription benefits.
UI & Navigation Optimization: Optimized the Copy Trading Square layout and added a “Square” entry to Lead Trader profile pages to improve browsing and navigation efficiency.

Standard Copy Trading Upgrade

Account System Upgrade: Introduced a dedicated Standard Copy Trading Account. Users are required to transfer funds into the account before initiating Standard Copy Trading, enabling clearer asset management.
Profit Sharing Rule Upgrade: Profit sharing for Standard Copy Trading will now be calculated based on the PnL of each individual copy trading strategy and settled on a weekly basis.
Position Management Upgrade: Positions under Standard Copy Trading will now be managed independently by strategy. Margin, margin balance, and margin ratio across different strategies will remain isolated from one another.
Copy Trading Settings Optimization: Added strategy-level stop-loss settings. TP/SL settings have been upgraded to position-based TP/SL, with related parameter configuration flows further optimized.
End Copy Trading Rules Optimization: Optimized End Copy Trading rules for scenarios including manual termination, stop-loss triggers, and insufficient balance.
Lead Trader Status Adjustment: Optimized the Lead Trader status mechanism. Once lead trading is disabled, the trader will no longer appear in the Copy Trading Square or send trading signals.

II. Rewards Center Enhancement

Rewards Center Notification Upgrade: Introduced pop-up notifications to ensure timely delivery of important updates and user benefits.

III. Other Optimizations

General Experience Improvements: Further optimized selected product details to enhance overall platform stability and user experience.

Important Notes

This update is optional. However, after the upgrade is completed, certain Copy Trading features will no longer be compatible with earlier app versions. Users are advised to upgrade to the latest version to continue accessing the updated Copy Trading features.

Following the completion of this upgrade, the following adjustments will apply to Standard Copy Trading users:

① Copy Trading Relationships: Existing Standard Copy Trading relationships will be automatically terminated. Principal-protected Copy Trading will not be affected.

② Position Handling: Positions generated through Standard Copy Trading will be converted into users’ own positions and will no longer follow Lead Traders. Users may manually close positions if needed.

③ Profit Sharing Settlement: Any pre-deducted profit sharing on the upgrade date will be returned to users’ Futures Accounts. After re-establishing Standard Copy Trading relationships, profit sharing will be calculated under the updated rules.

④ Data Display: During the upgrade period, Copy Trading history data may experience temporary delays or fluctuations. Normal display will resume after the upgrade is completed.
