Dear Webseans,
Over the past period, the Websea team has been fully committed to advancing matters related to strategic investment. Through continued efforts, we have reached a preliminary investment agreement with strategic investors. The investors are currently actively preparing for a capital injection, while the overall process still requires final confirmations, including legal review, agreement signing, and equity allocation.
Upon completion of this investment, the platform will publicly disclose its Proof of Reserves (POR) and provide monthly updates to ensure that user funds remain fully backed on a 1:1 basis going forward.
At the same time, the platform is concentrating its resources on the most critical and urgent priority: the restoration of withdrawal services. Websea will officially reopen withdrawals at 08:00 (UTC) on May 18, 2026, and will announce the detailed withdrawal arrangements at that time. Please continue to follow our official announcements for the latest updates.
To support the platform’s long-term and stable operations, we will also complete a new round of product upgrades in the near future. Key product adjustments include:
- Game Wallet Delisting: The current Game section has already been delisted. In the mid-to-late May version update, we will remove the Game Wallet feature. Users are advised to manually transfer any MH and WBS held in their Game Wallet to their Spot Wallet as soon as possible. Assets that are not transferred before the deadline may be at risk of becoming unrecoverable. Please make the necessary arrangements in time.
- Yongying Fund 2.0 Upgrade: The original “Yongying Fund” will be adjusted across three areas: the principal protection mechanism, yield rate, and interest distribution method. Please refer to subsequent version update announcements for detailed adjustment plans.
Websea has always placed user asset security and stable operations as its highest priorities. We will complete all preparations to the highest standard to ensure that the subsequent recovery process is secure, orderly, and well-managed.
Once again, we sincerely thank all users for their understanding, patience, support, and continued trust during this period.
Websea Team
