Dear Websea Users,
In order to enhance the trading experience and performance of futures and spot trading, Websea will undergo underlying architecture upgrades from 00:00 to 08:00 on April 13, 2024 (GMT+8). The upgrade is expected to last for approximately 8 hours and may be subject to early completion or extension based on actual technical readiness and market conditions.
During the upgrade period, all functions of Websea will be temporarily unavailable, including but not limited to spot trading, futures trading, futures following(copy trading), leveraged trading, deposits, and withdrawals.
Especially if you currently hold any futures positions, please ensure to close them before the upgrade commences. Failure to do so will result in automatic liquidation by the system during the upgrade process.
We will announce notifications again at the commencement and completion of the upgrade.
The specific upgrade plan is as follows:
Scope of Impact: Entire Platform
Start Time: April 13, 2024, 00:00 (GMT+8)
Automatic Order Cancellation (Futures): April 13, 2024, 00:00 - 01:00 (GMT+8)
Automatic Position Liquidation (Futures): April 13, 2024, 01:00 - 02:00 (GMT+8)

Full Platform Restoration: April 13, 2024, 08:00 (GMT+8)
Once again, please be reminded that since all futures-related trading and operations will be unavailable during the upgrade, to mitigate the risk of market fluctuations during the downtime, please close your positions in advance before the update begins, or they will be automatically liquidated by the system.
Upon completion of this upgrade, there will be a significant improvement in trading performance, providing our users with a better overall experience. We appreciate your patience during the extended upgrade time. If you encounter any issues during the upgrade, please contact customer service(Customer service: support@websea.com). We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and support.
