Understanding Futures Insurance α Pool
1.Small-Capital Activation
Users transfer a minimum of 10 USDT into the futures insurance account and activate the futures insurance α Pool.
2.Loss-Generated Nodes
Each time the cumulative loss of non-principal-protected copy trading reaches 100 USDT, one insurance node is generated automatically.
3.Dual-Sided Premium Deduction
① Profitable orders
Premium = Order PnL * User’s current α Pool insurance rate (deducted from the futures account).
② Loss-making orders
Premium = 100 USDT * User’s current α Pool insurance rate (deducted from the insurance account).
A premium is charged when every 100 USDT of accumulated loss generates 1 insurance node .
Note: In Futures Insurance, transaction fees will be excluded when calculating premiums for profitable trades or insured amounts for loss-making trades.
4.Tiered Insurance Rate
Insurance rates are dynamically assigned based on the user’s cumulative number of insurance nodes in the α Pool. Premium deductions for both profitable and loss-making orders are executed according to the user’s current α Pool rate tier.
The α Pool insurance fee rate ranges from 10% to 30%, with the applicable rate displayed on the product interface.
5.Node Cycle Mechanism
New insurance nodes require a 72-hour waiting period, calculated from the node’s creation time, before becoming active.
Node Status Rules:
- Frozen: If required premium accumulation is not met for 10 consecutive days, the node will be frozen.
- Expired: If required premium accumulation is not met for 20 consecutive days, the node will become permanently invalid.
6.Node Participation in Airdrops
When the α Pool fund reaches the required threshold, the system distributes airdrops to all active nodes.
Each active node is eligible to participate in airdrop distribution, with a maximum airdrop allocation of up to 100 USDT per node.
7.Referral-based Premium Discounts
For each referee who successfully completes a boost, your insurance fee rate will be reduced by 1%, up to 5%, lowering the rate to a minimum of 10%.
Referees who complete the boost will receive 1 reward node.
Conditions for a successful boost:
- The referee registers via your referral link; and
- The referee accumulates at least 10 USDT in premiums within 7 days of registration.
Important Notes:
- If the referee fails to meet the criteria within 7 days, the referrer’s insurance rate will not be reduced.
- Reward nodes are valid for 15 days and must be activated within the validity period.
- Activation, freezing, and expiration rules for reward nodes are identical to those of standard nodes.
- Disqualify violating trades from generating insurance nodes and premium deductions.
- Increase the insurance fee rate for violators.
- Adjust the reset rounds for pending rewards for violators.
