Statement on the MetaHeaven Game User Compensation Plan

The platform officially delisted the game section and closed the related feature entry points on May 3, 2026 at 10:00 (UTC). In accordance with the commitment made in our previous announcement, we are now providing details on the compensation plan for affected MetaHeaven game users who have not recovered their principal. The details are as follows:

I. Compensation Format and Details

For users who participated in the MetaHeaven game and have not yet recovered their principal, the platform will provide compensation according to the following rules:

• Cash Compensation: 50% of the unrecovered principal will be credited to the user’s Spot Wallet;
• Trial Fund Compensation: 50% of the unrecovered principal will be issued as Futures Trial Fund.

The unrecovered principal will be calculated based on the actual USDT principal invested by the user when participating in the MetaHeaven game. The platform will conduct unified calculations based on the account data snapshot taken on May 3, 2026 at 10:00 (UTC), as well as backend records. The specific compensation amount shall be subject to the platform’s final calculation results.

Example: If the calculated unrecovered principal is 100 USDT, the user will receive 50 USDT in cash compensation + 50 USDT equivalent in Futures Trial Fund.

II. Compensation Execution Schedule

The platform will complete the compensation distribution within 7 business days from the completion of the system version update on May 25, 2026.

Users are not required to submit any application. The system will automatically complete the distribution. Cash compensation will be credited to the user’s Spot Account, while the Futures Trial Fund will be issued to the user’s Voucher Center. Users must claim the Futures Trial Fund within 180 days after issuance. If it is not claimed within the specified period, it will automatically expire.
