4.3 Websea is committed to providing platform users with a civilized, healthy, and orderly online environment. The content you create, copy, publish, or distribute using this service must comply with the Websea Information Platform Content Guidelines:

1. All content must comply with the laws and regulations of the country or region where the publisher is located and the United Kingdom. Any behavior prohibited by laws and regulations is considered a severe violation and will result in immediate account suspension.

2. This community only supports publishing content related to the blockchain vertical and does not support unrelated content.

3. This community only supports the publication of original articles by the author and strictly prohibits plagiarism, reprinting, paraphrasing, or spinning of content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

4. This community supports objective, fair, high-quality content and rejects behavior such as defamation, spreading rumors, and incitement. It also leaves malicious speculation without a factual basis.

5. 5. Platform Usage Rules

5.1 The platform usage referred to in this section refers to any actions you take while using this service, including but not limited to registration, login, account operation, promotion, and other actions using Websea Information Platform accounts or Websea Information Platform services.

5.2 You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities using Websea Information Platform accounts or Websea Information Platform services:

(1) Submitting or publishing false information or impersonating or using the identity of others;

(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on links, or share information;

(3) Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

(4) Infringing upon the legitimate rights of others, such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;

(5) Using Websea Information Platform accounts for third-party promotions without written permission from Websea (including but not limited to including third-party links, advertisements, etc.);

(6) Using plugins, cheats, or other third-party tools or services to access this service and related systems without written permission from Websea;

(7) Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities using Websea Information Platform accounts or Websea Information Platform services;

(8) Creating or publishing methods or tools related to the above actions or operating or spreading such methods or tools, regardless of whether these actions are for commercial purposes;

(9) Engaging in other activities that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights of other users, interfere with the regular operation of the product, or are not explicitly authorized by Websea.

6. Account Management

6.1 The ownership of Websea Information Platform accounts belongs to Websea. After platform users complete registration, they obtain the right to use Websea Information Platform accounts. This right is exclusive to the initial registrant and is prohibited from being gifted, borrowed, rented, transferred, or sold. Websea reserves the right to terminate this service as required for business operations.

6.2 You are responsible for properly safeguarding the security of your registered account information and account password. You are legally liable for any actions taken under your registered account and password. You agree not to disclose your account or password information to others under any circumstances. If you suspect someone else is using your account or password, you must immediately notify Websea.

6.3 You should comply with the terms of this agreement and use this service correctly and appropriately. If you violate any terms of this agreement, Websea has the right to terminate the provision of services for your Websea Information Platform account following this agreement. At the same time, Websea reserves the right to reclaim Websea Information Platform accounts and platform usernames at any time.

7. Data Storage

7.1 Websea is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of any data related to you in this service.

7.2 Websea has the right to independently determine the maximum data storage period for individual platform users in this service and allocate the full storage space for data on servers. You can back up relevant data in this service according to your needs.

7.3 If you stop using this service or if the service is terminated or canceled, Websea may permanently delete your data from the server. After the service is stopped, terminated, or revoked, Websea is not obliged to return any data to you.

8. Risk and Disclaimer

The intellectual property rights of the content generated by platform users or relevant rights holders during the use of this service belong to the platform users or the relevant rights holders.

9.2 Unless otherwise specified, the copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property rights of the software relied upon by Websea to provide this service belong to Websea.

9.3 The copyrights or trademark rights of the commercial identifiers used by Websea in this service, such as "Websea," belong to Websea.

9.4 The intellectual property rights of the aforementioned content and any other content included in this service are protected by law. Without the written permission of Websea, platform users, or relevant rights holders, no one may use them or create related derivative works in any form.

10. Legal Responsibility

10.1 If Websea discovers or receives reports or complaints from others about platform users violating the provisions of this agreement, Websea has the right to delete the relevant content at any time without notice and, depending on the severity of the actions, impose penalties on the violating accounts, including but not limited to warnings, deleting partial or all subscribed users, restricting or prohibiting the use of all or part of the functionalities, suspending the account, or even canceling it, and announce the outcome of the actions.

10.2 You understand and agree that Websea has the right to impose penalties on behaviors that violate relevant laws, regulations, or the provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment. Websea may take appropriate legal actions against any individuals who violate the law and regulations, report relevant information to the relevant authorities, and platform users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

10.3 You understand and agree that in the event of your violation of this agreement or the relevant service terms, you shall indemnify Websea, its affiliated companies, and cooperating companies against any claims, demands, or losses made by any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, and ensure that they are not harmed.

11. Effectiveness and Modification of the Agreement

11.1 Your use of this service constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of being bound by this agreement.

11.2 Websea has the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can refer to the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service pages.

11.3 After modifying the agreement terms, if you continue to use the Websea Information Platform service, it will be deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. You should stop using this service if you do not accept the modified agreement.

12. Others

12.1 The place of signing this agreement is in Hong Kong .

12.2 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong .

12.3 In the event of any disputes or controversies between you and Websea, you should first attempt to resolve them amicably.If the negotiations fail and you wish to initiate arbitration proceedings, you must send an arbitration application and a letter describing your claims to the local address. If we initiate arbitration against you, we will send a notice to the email address or street address you have provided.

12.4 The headings of all the clauses in this agreement are for the convenience of reading and do not have any substantive meaning and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement.

12.5 If any provision of this agreement is found to be partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall still be valid and binding on both parties.
