If you already hold crypto assets in other wallets or exchanges, you can deposit them into Websea using the methods below, then trade in spot, futures, or copy trading. You can later withdraw these assets into external wallets.
Desposit Crypto Assets to Websea
Step 1: Open the app and Go to the Deposit page
- Open the Websea app and log in to your account.
- Tap Funds in the bottom navigation bar.
- On the Assets page, tap Deposit.
Step 2: Select the Token and Network
- Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit from the token list (e.g., USDT, ETH, BTC).
- Choose the corresponding network (e.g., ERC20, TRC20, BEP20). Ensure it exactly matches the sending network, or your assets may be lost!
Step 3: Get the Deposit Address
- The system will generate a unique deposit address for the selected token and network.
- You can either copy the address or tap and scan QR Code to deposit.
Step 4: Initiate the Transfer from Your External Wallet
- Open the wallet or exchange account where your assets are held.
- Initiate a transfer and send the assets to the address you just copied.
- After block confirmations, the assets will be credited to your Websea account.
Credit Time Tip: The confirmation time for cryptocurrency transactions depends on network congestion and can vary. Typically, it takes between 1 to 10 minutes for transactions to be confirmed. If there is a delay, please wait patiently or contact our customer support.
Withdraw Crypto Assets to an External Wallet
Step 1: Go to the Withdrawal Page
- Open the Websea app and tap Funds in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap Withdraw.
Step 2: Select the Token and Network
- Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw (e.g., USDT).
- Choose the network and address.
Note: After entering the withdrawal address, if multiple networks are available, the system will try to match the correct one automatically. For tokens where automatic matching isn’t possible (e.g., both BSC and ERC20 networks exist), you must manually confirm the receiving address and network. Please check with the platform or wallet of the receiving address to avoid withdrawal failure due to incorrect network selection.
Step 3: Enter Withdrawal Details
Copy and paste your external wallet address.
Enter the amount (the system will automatically calculate the fee and net amount).
Double-check the address before submitting to ensure it is correct.
Step 4: Security Verification and Submission
Complete identity verification according to your security settings (SMS, Google Authenticator, etc.).
Tap Confirm Withdrawal and wait for system review and block confirmations.
Credit Time Tip: Withdrawals are typically completed within a few minutes. Delays may occur due to network congestion or additional security reviews.
