When encountering difficulties in receiving withdrawals from Websea, understanding the steps involved in the digital asset transfer process can be helpful. Here’s an explanation:
Step 1: Transaction Hash ID Generation
After initiating a withdrawal, a transaction hash ID should be generated within 30 to 60 minutes. This ID is an indication that Websea has initiated the transfer process on the corresponding blockchain.
Step 2: Checking Transaction Status
Once you have the transaction hash ID, you can verify the status of the transaction. Click on "Check" next to the transaction hash ID to view its current status and the number of confirmations on the blockchain.
Step 3: Confirmation on the Blockchain
If the blockchain indicates that the transaction is not yet confirmed, patience is required as the confirmation process can take some time. Blockchain confirmations are beyond Websea’s control and depend on the network traffic and the specific blockchain used.
In the event that the blockchain confirms the transaction, it means that Websea has successfully completed the transfer. If you still haven't received the funds, it might be an issue with the receiving wallet or address. In such cases, you should contact the owner or support team of the destination address for further assistance.
Additional Notice:
If a transaction hash ID has not been generated 6 hours after confirming the withdrawal via the email link, you should check your withdrawal record. Go to “Account” – “Details” – “Withdraw Record” on Websea, and take a screenshot of the transaction. Submit this screenshot along with a work order to Websea’s customer service for priority assistance.
This structured approach helps in tracking and understanding the status of your withdrawal, providing clarity on where the transaction is in the process and how to proceed if there are delays or issues.
